The other main characters are well defined. I read the whole series. A sad world for sure but still we fought and kept fighting. Be sure and read the third in the series also.Product details

Sic Semper Tyrannis is the second post apocalyptic book in the Future History of America series written by author Marcus Richardson. Excellent stories.
This is a great adventure with good character development. It desperately needs a LOT of editing. Proofreading! Have several friends help.
The middle book, it really tied everything together. I have enjoyed these books and would recommend them to all who enjoy futuristic stories.
I enjoyed this book as much, if not more , than the first book. I suppose it's due to the fact I was pulling for the good guys to be victorious over the invaders. Hopefully the saga will continue as the next book becomes available.
Story was fair, and the end results good. Even at the end of the story, Eric was still unable to kill the bastards! His wife had to! That made the whole tale not legitimate.
As ex military, I thought it was very accurate. I know it's a what if fiction, but I seriously doubt any foreign force could invade, doubt our government would run, seriously doubt Americans would collaborate with the enemy.
We have very serious firepower here. Come on and try.
Still nice premise, great characters. Sorry Rob died and Susan, but happy for the amazing Brin.
The non-stop action and harrowing suspense make it impossible to put this book down. You become so vested in the heroes that you feel their fear, pain, shame and fury. Outstanding!
